Do the attractions / services require reservations? If so, how do I make a reservation?
Tickego attractions / services that require reservations will be noted on your
confirmation email / voucher. If you see this then you must call the attraction
/ service directly at the contact number provided.
What do I do if I need to cancel or change my booking? Can I get my money back? Can I change my travel dates?
We realize travel plans may change. Cancellation policies vary by
attraction / service. Please make sure that you read the attraction
/ service terms and conditions listed on your voucher / on our website.
Many of our partners require you to make a reservation directly with
them in advance of your trip. If you have purchased from Tickego and
not yet made a reservation, you can contact us directly at 800-360-3871
or via email and cancel at
any time up to 24 hours before your trip.
If you have made a reservation and you need to cancel or amend your
reservation, you will be subject to the cancellation / change policy
of the specific activity you purchased. These polices do vary and are
described in your confirmation email / voucher.

Where do I exchange my voucher?
Your attraction / service voucher will list the voucher exchange location.
Typically this location is where you enter / start your attraction
/ service.
What should I take with me to the admission / departure point
of the attraction / service?
You will need to bring your voucher and a photo ID.
What happens if the tour is cancelled when I get there?
While this is a rare occurrence, unfortunately it sometimes occurs.
In the case where tour operator / service provider cancels the service/tour
on the day you reserved, please notify Tickego by contacting our
support staff at 800-360-3871. We’ll do our best to try to
accommodate you, rebook you, or refund your purchase price. Please
remember to provide your tour details and confirmation number so
that we may process your refund if required.
What happens if I do not show up?
Each of our suppliers has different policies regarding no-shows. In
almost all cases, you will not be able to get a refund if you no-show
without calling to cancel in advance. Our service providers each
have specific terms and conditions regarding cancellation or no-show
policies and penalties. Please make sure you read the terms and conditions
listed on your voucher. Remember, it’s always better to be
safe than sorry, so please contact us if you do not plan to participate

If I purchase online, how do I get my voucher?
When you pay and check out of your booking you will be prompted to print
your voucher. Please print your voucher at this time. If you have
purchased more than one activity or have purchased for more than one
person, remember that you will need to print one voucher per activity. If
you have paid for multiple people participating in the same activity,
you will receive one voucher per activity. A voucher will not be emailed
to you.
What if my group wants to visit the attraction at different times or on different days?
For each booking, you will receive one
voucher for the adults and one for the children in your party. Therefore,
if your group wants to split up and visit the attraction separately,
you will need to book separately so you will have the corresponding
number of vouchers. There is no booking fee, so the price will be
the same. If you have already purchased from Tickego and need multiple
vouchers so you can visit on different days, please contact customer
